Good

Great app, but how do you enter sleep data? And +1 to the previous speaker about bad time scale and metric units.

Good add-on to sleep improvement programme

Still interesting and fun Bug: - sing in with jawbone doesnt work even after Agree permissions in opened window - deleted all history after reinstall (hope that with working "sing i feature all history is saving in jawbone database) but experiment 1 n 2 still show old results before deletion - wont find new coffee experiments for users, if additional entries is required then info note required as well Measure ml as optional is required (at this moment oz only available)

Add Russian language, please!

Good app. I have very cool jawbone up24 and I need Russian language in this app. Add please!

Wrong day issue

Theres something wrong with the current date posting. I seems like I posted my cups for yesterday, but I am sure to use current day.

Nice and useful

Thanks.

Good idea but it doesnt work

Very nice app, but its a pity that now its impossible to use because many crashes. I hope that there will be new update for this app and that they dont forget about this idea (last update was in February)

Good but...

Good idea and good application, but it seems Jawbone is not interested in update this application anymore...really a pity. In addition, where is the ginseng coffee item to add?!

Abandonware of questionable usefulness

This app hasnt been updated in so long, that Im not sure if its issues will ever be fixed. For instance, theres no way to add custom drinks or amounts of caffeine, you cant see how much caffeine you consume in milligrams, and the page thats meant to show correlations between caffeine and sleep ("UP Coffee Experiments") doesnt work, even after tracking for 15 days as it asks.

Sooo slow its painful. Please update.

Ive used this in the past and its a well designed useful app in principle. Unfortunately it has been neglected—it is very, very slow, to the point of unusable, on my iPhone 6. Maybe itd run better on an older phone—the dev hasnt updated it for the larger screens, so maybe thats my trouble. Last time it was updated was March 2015—hopefully Jawbone gives it some work, because it is a nice app when its running well.

Some better

At least the date/ time input works now and consumption is linked to Health App. But if you were curious about the " experiments", fgedaboutit. Doesnt exist! And dont bother communicating with developer- one sided conversation.

Needs work

Please integrate third party app! Needs more data!!

App is broken; please fix

Ive used this app before, but deleted it due to needing more space on my device. I know for a fact it worked at lest marginally well then (with a few errors if you needed to change the times on things entered, but that tends to happen) Using it now compared to then, though, the app is just completely broken. For instance, just today I opened the app to see the flask graphic completely full when all I had yesterday was a decaf coffee and I logged a cup of black tea today. (and that isnt even the worst oddity Ive run into while using this app) Im afraid that since a lot of the errors (timing getting messed up no matter how much you put it in, graphics never really changing) really havent been fixed Ill just have to take it as this app has been abandoned and find something else to track my caffeine intake (heck, putting it directly into the stock Health app would have less errors and be easier at this point)

Useful but ...

My use of this app helps confirm my sensitivity to caffeine. The histogram showing the caffeine level through out the day help me decide about my coffee intake. The flask diagram is cute but not useful. The inability to input fractions of cups of coffee is not good. Some days, I have 1/2 C of coffee at lunch. This app does not allow me to make such inputs. Also, inputs to UP Coffee show up in UP app without any nutrition entry such as calories. Why? More importantly, why this whole app? Could this function be part of the Jawbone UP app? Being part of the Jawbone UP makes more sense to me and is more useful to me.

Poor beta version

Nothing more than a beta version of what might be a good idea. Does not sync data between iPhone and iPad. I must assume data stored locally or its just broken. Missing so much, I dont know where to start. Next version, hire a real programmer.

Small Database & Needs 2 Way Sync

The database of drinks and such is very small. For example, it lacks the Starbucks Refresher product thats been on the market for awhile. Secondly, it is not very good at evaluating custom drinks. If you order a dirty chai with a double shot, it should be able to estimate the caffeine of 2 espresso shots and 1 chai tea bag. The other major complaint is lack of two way sync even with the UP app. Add something in UP (or other food tracking apps that sync into UP or via the Health Kit) and it does not pull caffeine consumption info into UP Coffee. Effectively you have to choose between counting calories in UP and counting caffeine in UP Coffee. But since there is 1 way sync, if you track in both you end up doubling your calories counted and time spent. All said, I know this is experimental and there are flaws. I am happy to help test beta products, but there needs to be effective and timely follow up on issues and change suggestions.

Nice idea but flaky

A useful app but it has a couple bugs in input that really should be fixed: 1) On the input page, you can either add caffeine by clicking the plus at top right or the add more caffeine on any particular date. If you take the latter option, the caffeine will get entered as consumed at 1 p.m. in the Health Store and there’s no way to change it. 2) Whichever way you click to enter caffeine, it brings up a list of options including a shortcut list of eight recent ways you entered caffeine. This shortcut list is limited to eight items, and it is not updated to reflect which are the most recent eight. So for example, if the first time you entered a grande latte, but then afterwards entered eight other types of caffeine consumption such as a brewed coffee, a Coke, an iced coffee or whatever, then once you have entered those eight others, then the grande latte item will get shoved off the shortcut list and you will always have to use the long way of entering it thereafter.
